Wawne Parish has many community groups which are independent from the Parish Council. We try to support their work where we can by, advertising their events, publishing their stories and granting funding.

PARISH COUNCIL COMMUNITY GRANTS

The Parish Council have the power to improve the quality of community life by spending sums of money on things which, in their opinion, are in the interests of the parish or its residents.
